Note that registration closes March 10th, 2026.  We will not be able to honor cancellations or new signups after this time.

Attendance requires registration and payment confirmation.

Seminar (Including 6 meals)

Dorm Style (bunk beds with no linens, pillows, or towels)

• Per Adult: $230

• Per Child (4 to 13 years): $169

• Children (0 to 3 years): Free

• (optional) linens, pillow, and towels: $36

Hotel Family Room Style (queen beds, with linens, pillows, and towels provided)

• Per Adult: $283

• Per Child (4 to 13 years): $221

• Children (0 to 3 years): Free

• **Please note you will be placed into shared rooms for individual bookings.**

Final confirmation depends on receiving payment in advance. Note that since there are a limited number of spots, any extra registrations will be added to the waiting list.
